Your card details never touch our systems. All card payments are processed by Thawani, a payment provider licensed by the Central Bank of Oman and certified to the international PCI-DSS standard. You enter your card details directly on Thawani’s secure page — we never see, handle or store your card number, CVV or PIN.
Encrypted everywhere. Our entire website runs over encrypted HTTPS connections, so the information you send is protected in transit.
We verify every payment. Each order’s payment is confirmed with Thawani on our server before we process it, so an order cannot be faked.
We collect only what we need. To fulfil and deliver your order we collect your name, contact details and delivery address — nothing more. Your details are masked from the suppliers who ship your order: they see only what is needed to deliver.
Sensible, up-to-date safeguards. We apply reasonable technical measures to protect our store and the information we hold. No system anywhere can promise absolute security, but we are committed to using sensible measures to keep your information protected — and to acting quickly and transparently if any issue ever arises.
